Short version: I use what you send only to reply about your health check, and I never sell or share it.
When you request a health check, you send your name, email, store address and the store details you choose to fill in (platform, markets, order volume, ad channels and spend, and the number you trust least). I don’t ask for logins or payment details through this site.
To review your store, send your health check report and reply to you about it. If you become a client, to deliver the work we agree. I won’t add you to a mailing list.
Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet and my email inbox, both in my Google account, protected by 2-step verification. Google processes this data on my behalf. Nobody else has access.
If we don’t end up working together, I delete your details within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for accounting.
This site may use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and form submissions. It doesn’t receive the details you type into the form.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time by emailing officejim727@gmail.com. I’ll act on it within 30 days.
